Blackrock joins the Climate Action 100+ Coalition to encourage companies to reduce their emissions

The world’s largest asset manager to participate in the Climate Action 100+ investor coalition has joined the approximately 370 global investors who are already participating in a dialogue with companies that emit the most greenhouse gases.
BlackRock’s membership in the investor coalition will, therefore, require it to fundamentally change its shareholder engagement practices.
