CVE Chile and Natixis signed a credit line of 95 million dollars to finance solar plants in Chile
09/14/2021 Since 4 years
CVE Chile (Changing Vision of Energie) and the French bank Natixis -acting as Sole Lead Arranger, Hedge Provider, LC Issuing Bank and Administrative Agent-, created a senior guaranteed credit line of 95 million dollars for a portfolio of photovoltaic solar plants in Chile with an expected capacity of 150 MW.
CVE’s portfolio consists of solar projects that operate under Chile’s special regime for distributed generation projects (known as PMGD). The portfolio is in line with its vision of the renewable energy market, based on the decentralization of power generation and a model of direct energy sales through private contracts, in response to the needs of companies and local authorities.
