Cogna issues the first ESG labeled bond in the education sector in Brazil

Cogna Educação (formerly Kroton Educacional), one of the largest private educational companies in Brazil, announced the first issuance of an ESG-labeled bond with a social focus in the Brazilian education sector. The 2-year term bond for a total amount in local currency equivalent to 20 million dollars, are aimed for liability management purposes.
