The objective of the Congress is to promote the main conceptual elements and practical applications of the circular bioeconomy in America, Europe and Mexico, which will serve as a framework to contribute to the design of a national strategy that addresses the main national challenges and opportunities for food security, socio-economic reactivation and adaptation to climate change.
