The seminar had the objective, to provide an environment of dialogue between the representatives of public and private financing institutions in LAC and national and international experts, enabling: (a) generation of proposals for action and cooperation on catalyzing international funding for climate change mitigation; (b) analysis of the role of IFDs in the development of green programs and national green finance for climate and environmental funding in the region; (c) sharing the best practices and lessons learned from financial institutions of LAC in this field.
