Brazilian INEL creates a new Secretariat to promote green hydrogen development

The National Clean Energy Institute (INEL) of Brazil announced the creation of a new exclusive Secretariat to promote and accelerate the growth of green hydrogen in Brazil. INEL’s Green Hydrogen Secretariat (SHV) will aim to coordinate and discuss actions with national and international authorities, associations and businessmen.

Green hydrogen, produced from clean sources electricity such as hydroelectric, wind, solar, biomass, biogas, is a green fuel that helps to fight climate change and reduce carbon emissions.
