IDB Invest and Menorca Inversiones Support Peru’s Urban Rehabilitation

Menorca Inversiones S.A.C., a company dedicated to the development of urban development and social housing in Peru, has received financing from IDB Invest in the amount of  20 million dollars.

The funds will allow Peruvian families the opportunity to improve their living conditions and formally purchase a lot with standard water, electricity and sewage services, as well as security and green spaces.

IDB Invest will also offer advisory services to develop a comprehensive strategy to integrate circular economy practices into the business.
