IDB Invest Blended Finance Projects in 2022

IDB Invest has published a report describing seven blended financing operations that supported during year 2022. Five of the transactions correspond to Colombia, while the rest belong to Brazil, Guyana and El Salvador. The largest operations are the renewable energy projects of Mendubim Solar PV from Brazil for 253 million dollars and La Union Solar PV from Colombia for 81 million dollars.

During the period 2009 to 2022, IDB Invest has executed 86 blended finance investment, with committed resources summing up 585 million dollars. By the end of 2022, it presents 18 blended finance funds and programs under management.
