February 6– 2019 will be a year of moderate growth in an international scenario with greater uncertainties associated with commercial tensions, adjustments in national economies, migratory pressures and technological disruptions. These trends are changing the international economy as well as the relations of Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) at the global level, requiring the implementation of strategic actions by countries in the region.
