The Minister of Agriculture of Costa Rica announces a National Finance Programme to adapt farms to climate change impacts

Minister Renato Alvarado announced last Tuesday a National Finance Programme to facilitate adaptation of farms to climate change adverse effects. The programme will support efforts to transform productive systems in the 12 most extended agricultural productive activities in Costa Rica to address climate risks.
