Vinte issues the first Sustainable Housing Bonus in Latin America

Vinte Viviendas Integrales issued on August 29 th its first sustainable bond in the housing sector in Latin America for a total of 800 million pesos in long-term debt in the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV). Through a press release the company announced that the bond has a 7-year maturity with a fixed rate of 9.83% and an AA + credit rating (HR Ratings and Verum agencies).
